Top 10 Reasons I'm Thankful I Adopted a Vegan Diet

woman in waterIt has been about 2 years since I adopted a plant based diet. Here are some of the benefits and why I'm thankful.

1. I lost 30 pounds and kept it off.

2. I have more energy.

3. My skin is clearer and more radiant.

4. I decreased dramatically the prescription medication I take for rheumatoid arthritis.
